Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your carpet.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if you received the wrong product, a defective item, or if you wish to replace with a different design of equal or higher value (price difference applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
